I do believe that using tools to enhanced realistic optimism will help with trauma recovery. I created this simple model which I use up to this very day. Every morning since the loss of my first born I ask my self how am I feeling? Then I set the day in motion to following through in feeling better with understanding acceptance and tools to feel better. (WFC model) is now a part of my life. It helps me with acceptance and healing. This platform is now being delivered in my workshops. It stems from analysing and documenting my waking moments, following through and closures each day'. From this manifested a workshop which was not planned and book from closures five years worth of self healing. Let's change our days gently and practice what we feel with understanding.
